Kate Doub has worked as a chief development officer for more than 25 years. She has experience in settings that encompass higher education, arts, culture and independent schools, including: Alverno College and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (WI), President Washington's Historic Mount Vernon (VA) and St Paul's School (NH).
 
A Senior Consultant with Marts & Lundy since 2000, Kate has served both on the firm's Management Team and its Board of Directors, having been elected in 2003 and for a second term in 2012. She currently sits as a member of the Finance and Governance Committees. Her work with Marts & Lundy has included a diverse range of clients in arts and culture and higher and secondary education. In addition to her consulting in fundraising and campaign executiion, Kate also serves the firm with her practice in strategic planning.
 
She is an active member of CASE and the American Association of University Women and has served on the executive board of the Association of Fundraising Professional (Midwest) and on the advisory council of the Foundation for the American Board Schools in Turkey (FABSIT).
