Beth has nearly 15 years of international prospect research experience. A former Director of Development Research at Amherst College, she founded International Fundraising Intelligence (ifintelligence.com) in 2011. Through this consultancy, she provides global prospect research, prospect screening, and research training services to a wide range of not-for-profit organizations in North America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East – including independent schools, colleges and universities, hospitals, museums and global NGOs.
Although she has conducted research on prospects in more than 30 countries worldwide, Beth’s particular areas of expertise are in the following locations.
Beth wrote the IFI Global Guides to China and India, one-of-a-kind handbooks for prospect researchers, and also has written about international fundraising and prospect research for industry publications in the United States and UK. Outside of her consulting business, Beth is an elected town official and serves on the board of Mohawk Trail Concerts, a nonprofit that brings chamber music to the hill towns of western Massachusetts.
