Elise returned to Marts & Lundy in 2016 as a full-time Senior Associate Consultant and as Manager of Client Services, bringing a range of experience having worked in healthcare fundraising in the United States and as a consultant to various nonprofits in the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Marts & Lundy, Elise was the Director of Development Programs at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) where she oversaw their Grateful Patient Program and led on various cross-functional initiatives to generate new revenue for the hospital.

Before returning to MSK, Elise spent nearly three years consulting in London for various organizations across the United Kingdom. She successfully worked with clients on a variety of projects, including campaign planning, benchmarking, membership program development, strategic planning and program assessment and development. During this time, Elise also played a critical role in the launch of Marts & Lundy’s London Office.

Prior to moving to London, Elise worked in the development department at MSK for five years, rising from Annual Giving Officer to the Director of Annual Giving. As the Director of Annual Giving, Elise was responsible for coordinating a multitude of marketing and communications projects, and oversaw growth in special occasion giving, coordinated tributes and third party event programs. During her tenure she improved the online giving presence, refreshed the matching giving program and increased donor contact. Her work at Memorial Sloan Kettering resulted in significantly greater revenue and more efficient programs for the institution.
