Tracy joined Marts&Lundy in 2002 as a senior consultant with 25 years of experience in institutional advancement that concluded with 13 years as Chief Development Officer and Assistant Head of School at The National Cathedral School in Washington D.C. Tracy’s career as an institutional fundraising leader included comprehensive campaigns, alumni relations and annual fund programming, and planned giving, donor relations and communications. In addition to these core elements of advancement, Tracy’s expertise includes governance, strategic planning and executive leadership. She has also served in academic and administrative roles at the Marlborough School in Los Angeles and The Madeira School and Foxcroft School in Virginia.

Tracy was elected to the Marts&Lundy Board of Directors from 2006-2009. A veteran speaker for CASE and NAIS, Tracy has received numerous awards including The Robert Bell Crow Memorial Award for service to CASE and the advancement profession. Tracy is a contributing author of three books: Donor Relations: The Essential Guide of Stewardship Policies, Procedures and Protocol, CASE’s Handbook of Institutional Advancement released in 2001, and the March 2009 edition of Philanthropy in Independent Schools. She currently serves as a trustee of Norfolk Academy, the Washington Revels and the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, and is a former trustee of The Madeira School, St. Peter’s School in Philadelphia, and The National Cathedral School.
