Before moving to the role of consulting partner, Cathy served as a senior consultant specializing in analytics. Her first tenure with Marts&Lundy was from 1989-1998. During that period, Cathy worked with clients in Electronic Screening®, conducted campaign readiness, benchmarking, and feasibility studies, introduced the Firm’s constituent survey service, and served as a member of the management team and the Board of Directors. Upon her return to Marts&Lundy in 2006, Cathy joined the Analytical Solutions team, bringing an “in the trenches” perspective to its tools, services, and innovations.
During her time away from Marts&Lundy, Cathy worked for her alma mater, Dartmouth College, where she served in a variety of capacities, including Associate Vice President for Planning and Operations (overseeing Donor Relations, Development Communication, and Information Resources) and Director of Campaign Planning (managing planning and preparation for Dartmouth’s $1.3 billion campaign). Additionally, Cathy was Director of External Relations at the Snelling Center for Government in Burlington, Vermont, and Director of Development at Crossroads Academy, an independent K-8 school in Lyme, New Hampshire. Early in her career, Cathy was a development officer at Harvard University and a management consultant with Bain & Company.
