Jennifer Bizzarri

Jenn has been bringing her communications skills and fundraising experience to Marts&Lundy and Offord Group (our Canadian firm) since 2013. Jenn has been the lead strategist for a number of Canadian and international clients such as the Royal Women’s Hospital (Melbourne), VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation (Vancouver), the University of Ottawa, Queen’s University, Kids Help Phone, Upper Canada College and Rugby Canada. She brings more than 30 years of experience in fundraising, with a particular strength in communications, to Marts&Lundy clients.  

Jenn is both a writer and a strategist, offering clients a unique combination of fundraising experience and communications expertise. She works independently and on teams, with a particular strength in helping clients align around well-articulated fundraising priorities that resonate with their audiences. Her work includes Priority Articulation, Cases for Support and Organizational and Campaign Planning. Jenn was a member of the editorial team of Perspectives in Philanthropy, Offord’s annual magazine, serving as the magazine’s editor-in-chief of from 2017 to 2020. Jenn is a past faculty member of the Canadian Association for Independent Schools Leadership Institute, having taught the Marketing and Communications module there in 2018.  

Prior to becoming a consultant in 2011, Jenn was a founding staff member of Greenwood College School in Toronto. She also brings experience in higher education and the arts, having worked at both the University of Toronto and the National Ballet of Canada. Jenn sits on the boards of both Breakthrough T1D (formerly the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) and the Hazelview Cares Foundation. She began her fundraising career in 1994 as a McConnell Fellow at McMaster University. She moved to Consulting Partner status in 2020.
