Joset joined Marts&Lundy in 2021, bringing over 25 years of experience as a high-performing development leader at several independent schools and arts organizations. With a background in planning and implementing capital and comprehensive fundraising campaigns, she has raised a total of $295 million in capital, annual, endowment and planned gifts at several education and arts institutions. While serving as a development director at USC, her team raised $175 million during the school’s $6 billion comprehensive capital campaign. She has also led development teams at Triple C school in the Cayman Islands, Catlin Gabel School, Oaks Christian School and Lewis & Clark Law School. Most recently, she planned and implemented a comprehensive capital campaign for KPBS Public Media in San Diego that exceeded their goal of $60 million, raising $69 million in less than two years.
From major gift cultivation, donor stewardship, large-scale fundraising events, volunteer management, and annual fundraising, Joset has a passion for donor-centric philanthropy, working in a complex and highly-collaborative environment. Her leadership style supports team members’ professional growth, and she strives to lead by example.
Joset has served on several AFP committees, is an AFP young professional mentor, a member of CASE and has been a CASE speaker. She has also served as a UCSD Extension instructor for Major Giving fundraising certification courses. When she’s not working with development teams to realize success, she is hiking Southern California trails, traveling, scuba diving, and spending time with her adult twin daughters who live and work in San Diego.
