Over the past 30 years, Karen has been a trusted advisor and thought leader in the field of philanthropy. She possesses a broad spectrum of expertise: campaigns, advancement operations, stewardship, prospect research, gift processing, reporting, and more. Prior to becoming a Consulting Partner and starting her own firm, Karen Greene Consulting, in August 2021, she was a senior consultant and principal at Marts&Lundy from 2014-21; Associate Vice President, Development and Alumni Relations at The George Washington University; Vice President of Operations and Special Projects at Arizona State University Foundation; and Assistant Vice President for Operations at Creighton University.
