Kathy Howrigan

Kathy’s career has been dedicated to supporting the missions of non-profit organizations; she has more than 25 years’ breadth and depth of experience as a leader and frontline fundraiser with deep knowledge of operations and analytics.

After nearly a decade at Marts & Lundy, and during the height of the pandemic, Kathy stepped away from consulting to serve as the Vice President for Strategic Engagement at the University of Vermont Foundation. As a senior advancement strategist for the organization, she led the creation of an integrated, data-driven, and audience-focused approach to alumni, donor, and volunteer engagement while simultaneously creating and launching two concurrent campaigns. 

In 2022, Kathy launched her own consulting firm and rejoined Marts&Lundy as a Consulting Partner.
