Lauren has nearly 25 years of experience in advancement. Driven by a passion for helping schools and nonprofit organizations achieve their missions, Lauren collaborates with leadership to drive transformative change and create lasting impact. She excels in building capacity within advancement programs, enabling both professionals and organizations to reach their full potential.
Prior to joining Marts&Lundy, Lauren spent 14 years at The Westminster Schools in Atlanta, Georgia. As Associate Vice President for Institutional Advancement, she provided executive leadership and strategic oversight to key teams, including Leadership Giving, Annual Giving, Advancement Operations, and Donor Relations. At Westminster, she played a key role in managing the School’s largest campaign in its history, advancing the philanthropic priorities tied to the campus master plan.
