Nicholas Offord

A respected philanthropic consultant in and outside of Canada, Nicholas is known for leading important innovations in the structure and design of large-scale fundraising organizations and campaigns. He has helped mission-driven organizations of all types achieve their goals, with a particular focus in the health sciences and higher education sectors. Founder of the Offord Group, Nicholas became a member of the Marts&Lundy team when our firms joined in 2015.
After playing leading roles in fundraising as Executive Director of Development at McGill University and then as CEO of the Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation, he has had a 15-year career as consultant to the charitable sector serving a wide variety of clients.
His current work is largely focused on strategic planning, decision support for executive leadership, and transformational philanthropy for both charities and donors.
