Join Our Study on Trust & Belonging Between Board Members and Nonprofit Leaders Amid Organizational Change
Marts&Lundy and Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College of Education and Human Development invite you to participate in a research study examining trust and belonging between board members and nonprofit leaders during organizational recalibration.
The target audience for this survey is nonprofit leaders (all sectors) and board chairs. If you do not fall into those categories, we encourage you to share the survey with your relevant contacts. Our goal is to provide you with practical research that will allow your organization to flourish through change now and in the future. Your confidential and anonymous responses will provide the data we need to ensure a robust and meaningful study.

You will notice within the survey an opportunity to indicate interest in an interview that will expand our understanding of your organization’s circumstances and your role within the organization. If you do not provide identifying information in the survey, you will not be contacted for an interview.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please contact Capstone Advisor Dr. Rafael Garcia, or Marts&Lundy. You can learn more about the Doctoral Studies research team here.
The survey closes on November 22, and results of the study will be released in Spring 2025. Thank you for your partnership in our research study.
Gratefully,
