Irina Thompson, CFRE

With nearly 15 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, Irina excels at helping institutions grow their development programs, enhance cross-departmental collaboration and community engagement, and ultimately activate their missions.

Irina first joined Marts&Lundy as an associate consultant when we merged with Richner + Richner in 2019, and in early 2021 she accepted a position as a Director at Grants Plus. She returns to Marts&Lundy as a Consultant, and in addition to her client work, she will oversee the aging services team within our Healthcare Practice.

Before Richner + Richner, Irina was the Director of Institutional Giving at Jewish Family and Children’s Services of San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin and Sonoma Counties (JFCS).
