Martha H. Voegeli

Martha joined Marts&Lundy as a senior consultant in 2007 and has served a wide variety of clients, with particular focus on independent schools and higher education. Between 2011 and 2014 she served on the firm’s Board of Directors, and from 2016 through 2019 she was on the Leadership Team overseeing Client Relations and Business Development.

Martha came to Marts&Lundy from Scripps College in Claremont, California. There, she served as Vice President for College Advancement from 2001-2007 and oversaw all aspects of fundraising, alumnae relations and public relations activities for the college. During her tenure as vice president the college’s most successful campaign was completed a year ahead of schedule and 19 percent over goal. Martha spent a total of 13 years at Scripps in roles with increasing responsibility, including Director of Planned Giving and Assistant Vice President for Development. Her work at Scripps College helped the school earn numerous awards, including the Circle of Excellence and Overall Improvement awards presented by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE).

Prior to her years at Scripps, Martha was a senior consultant for Donald A. Campbell and Company, Inc. In that role, she provided fundraising and marketing consulting services to a wide range of nonprofit clients. Martha was with The Claremont Graduate School (now Claremont Graduate University) for five years and began her development career at the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.

Martha is a member of several professional associations and has served on several boards.
