As a senior member of Penn’s advancement team, Melissa worked to prepare for and meet the campaign goals for both the Morris Arboretum ($60M goal) and Penn Vet ($125M goal) as part of Penn’s $3.5B campaign.
Prior to her work at Penn, Melissa served as Vice President of the Wayland Group, a full-service consulting firm in Wayland, Massachusetts. She served as a consultant to more than 45 nonprofits including numerous independent schools and arts and social service agencies in New England. Melissa began her career working for eight years in the Harvard University Development office.
