Amy joined Marts&Lundy in 2026, bringing over two decades of leadership in alumni relations and advancement to her partners. She specializes in helping institutions bridge the gap between engagement and philanthropy, driven by a philosophy that meaningful connection is the primary engine for donor growth.
Prior to joining the firm, Amy served as Associate Vice President of Alumni and Donor Relations at the University of Maryland, College Park. Her tenure was defined by data-driven success: she demonstrated that volunteers were 14 times more likely to give and that meaningful event attendance correlated with 33% larger gifts. As Vice President of the College Park Foundation, she managed the Foundation Board as well as high-level stewardship and presidential events.
Amy also held the role of Vice President of the University of Illinois Alumni Association. Throughout her alumni relations career, she became an expert in non-profit management, grass-roots legislative advocacy, strategic planning, and student/alumni engagement.
Amy’s unique perspective is shaped by nearly 20 years working in Congress and the political arena. This background, combined with her executive roles at the University of Maryland and the University of Illinois Alumni Association, allows her to navigate complex institutional challenges, build consensus, and drive measurable outcomes in alumni engagement and giving.
