Kaesaleen Mendez

Kaesaleen joined Marts&Lundy as a Contracts Administrator in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for the federal government, where she developed expertise in contract administration, compliance, and operational management.

Throughout her career, Kaesaleen has been recognized for strengthening contract oversight, improving organizational processes, and fostering collaboration across legal, finance, contracting, and operational teams. Her analytical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence have enabled her to successfully manage complex contractual requirements while supporting organizational goals and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Kaesaleen earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Global Health. Her diverse professional background allows her to bring a unique perspective to contract administration by combining strategic thinking, regulatory knowledge, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Outside of work, Kaesaleen enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her family.
