Leah O’Donnell

Leah joined the firm in 2019 and currently serves as a Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Director of Client Relations, as well as a director on Marts&Lundy’s Board. She specializes in partnering with complex healthcare enterprises and academic medical centers, bringing a strong understanding of governance, operations, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to her work in fundraising, Leah served as a paralegal specializing in labor and employment law, experience that informs her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to client work.

Leah graduated summa cum laude from Kennesaw State University with a B.S. in Psychology. She also holds an A.A.S. in Interpreting/Transliterating American Sign Language and a Paralegal Certificate from Emory University. In addition, Leah previously served as Marts&Lundy’s corporate secretary for three years.
