AI-Powered Grant Development:
❓Smarter, Faster, Ethical❓
Are you curious (or, perhaps, cautious) about integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into your grant development process?
As institutions and organizations are tasked with doing more with less, fundraisers are navigating growing expectations with limited capacity…writing grant proposals while also cultivating donor relationships, managing stewardship plans, preparing reports for funders, developing campaign strategies, and meeting ambitious fundraising goals. Competing priorities and lack of time, structure, or internal coordination can lead to rushed proposals and missed funding opportunities.
Join us for a virtual webinar that explores how fundraising-focused AI platforms can serve as powerful tools in the grant development process, helping you streamline your grant workflow without compromising authenticity, narrative integrity, or funder trust. Participants will see firsthand how AI can elevate – not replace – the human insight and creativity that makes mission-driven storytelling powerful.
We will also address the ethical considerations of using AI in fundraising, including data privacy, transparency, and authorship integrity. Best practices will guide you in integrating AI tools responsibly, maintaining funder confidence and ensuring that your institution’s voice remains clear and compelling.
Additionally, participants will explore a real-time demonstration of AI in action, led by our collaborator, GrantAppli, an AI-powered platform designed for grant development. While showcasing GrantAppli’s features, such as evaluating funder websites, extracting relevant data, and generating draft content that maintains your institution’s voice, the webinar will emphasize transferable insights and build awareness of how AI can support efficiency, alignment with funder priorities, and support authentic storytelling across various tools.
This webinar will be recorded. The slides, recording, and any associated handouts will be sent to all registered attendees after the webinar.
Participants will receive a “Grant Development with AI” Toolkit, featuring:
