Caitlin joined Marts&Lundy with more than 15 years of experience in data analysis, research, and program development. Previously she was Senior Manager of Data Analytics at TEACH.org. In this role, she was responsible for analyzing and synthesizing data from hundreds of partner institutions across the U.S., creating interactive visualizations to report program metrics, and developing statistical and analytical models to support grant proposals and donor reporting.

Before her tenure at TEACH.org, Caitlin worked as a consultant, addressing the fundraising, research, and training needs of higher education institutions, non-profits, and government contractors. She also held the position of Assistant Director of Education Outreach at the National Air and Space Museum, where she pioneered a new data collection system and analyzed visitor data to improve program and exhibit outcomes. Caitlin's experience extends to her role as an Education Program Specialist with the Peace Corps, where she oversaw programs in 64 countries, developed an online platform to connect users to program services, and created a program evaluation system that significantly reduced participant attrition. As the Executive Director of Global Teacher Education, Caitlin directed all aspects of a start-up non-profit organization, building a network of stakeholders and developing multimedia content.
