Elise Lenz

Elise joined Marts&Lundy in 2024, bringing extensive experience in program and project management as well as supporting institutions in a variety of sectors. As Project Coordinator, she manages project timelines and budgets as well as engages in the collaboration effort between Marts&Lundy teams and their clients. She provides a deep knowledge of project management methodologies and experiences to ensure smooth and effective delivery of client projects by identifying risks and providing quality control to ensure all materials and deliverables meet performance standards. 

Prior to the firm, Elise began her project management experience with the Public Service Commission at the District of Columbia and utilized her skill set in the Office of External Affairs, where she was the Communication Specialist. She facilitated media vendor relationships and managed marketing timelines and projects from start to finish. She then ventured to Great Minds, an education tech and publishing company, where as the Program Assistant, provided detailed and attentive support to the Product Department and the four executives she closely supported. When she's not ticking off her task list and timelines, Elise enjoys delving into good literature, spending time with family and friends and engaging as a staff mentor to the local community college.
