Katlyn Lonergan

Katlyn joined the firm in 2026, bringing a decade of experience in grant and proposal development, program management, and partnership development across nonprofit organizations and mission-driven initiatives. As Assistant Director of Client Relations, Katlyn supports the firm's sales and business development activities with thoughtful attention and genuine commitment to the needs of both clients and the Marts&Lundy team. She specializes in expanding funding partnerships, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and coordinating projects involving federal, state, Tribal, nonprofit, and private sector partners.

Most recently, Katlyn founded Green Grant Services, LLC, where she has guided clients through the full grant development lifecycle, helping organizations secure funding from government, foundation, and corporate sources. Throughout her career, Katlyn has secured more than $50 million in grant funding and has built a reputation for strong relationship management, collaborative problem-solving, and advancing mission-driven work.
