Ki Perry

Ki (pronounced “key”) is an accomplished advancement strategist with more than two decades of experience leading high-performing development programs in independent schools.

She joined Marts&Lundy as a Senior Consultant & Principal in 2026, following her tenure as Director of Development at Tampa Preparatory School, where she successfully led the school’s first-ever comprehensive fundraising campaign to a close. Previously, Ki served as Director of Institutional Advancement at The Fessenden School, overseeing a record-setting $30 million campaign, and held advancement leadership roles at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School and Noble and Greenough School.

Ki is known for building scalable, data-informed development operations that align with institutional priorities and drive long-term revenue growth. Her work consistently strengthens philanthropic culture while delivering measurable financial results.
