Madeline Mahoney

Madeline joined Marts&Lundy in 2022.  As Senior Manager of Consultant Operations she is a key partner to the firm’s consultants as well as colleagues in client relations, finance, and marketing—collectively working to facilitate the firm’s success.  She helps identify, implement, and manage new tools and processes in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness, optimize consultant utilization, improve business intelligence, and enhance service delivery. 

Her philanthropy and management experience began at her alma mater, the University of Delaware, where she was the Executive Director of UDance Dance Marathon. As Executive Director, she facilitated relationships with students, faculty, and alumni donors; successfully solicited donations from the greater Delaware community; managed community-wide fundraising initiatives; and worked closely with other board members and volunteers.  Her efforts culminated in a successful $2.25 million campaign effort.

Madeline was appointed as Corporate Secretary in 2023.
