Miranda Wellman

Miranda has more than 20 years of experience securing transformational campaign gifts, building strong revenue programs, and coaching outstanding teams.

Before establishing her own consulting practice, Miranda was most recently Director of Advancement & Strategic Initiatives at the Catlin Gabel School for over a decade, where she oversaw fundraising, brand management, alumni programs, and the school’s strategic plan. During her tenure, the school secured the largest gift in its history and overall fundraising reached record levels under her leadership. Additionally, she led a branding initiative that contributed to a significant increase in admission demand, and she oversaw the school’s implementation of its strategic plan.

Miranda is trained in Facilitative Leadership with a focus on effective and inclusive decision-making. Miranda has led strategic planning processes from design concept to implementation by senior teams with outcome accountability.
