Miranda Wellman

Miranda is a seasoned Advancement leader with more than 20 years of experience leading comprehensive fundraising programs, building high-performing advancement operations, and developing exceptional teams. She joined Marts&Lundy in 2022 as a consultant in the firm's Independent School Practice.

Prior to joining Marts&Lundy, Miranda served as Director of Advancement & Strategic Initiatives at Catlin Gabel School, where she oversaw fundraising, communications, and strategic plan implementation. Under her leadership, the school achieved record-breaking philanthropic results, raising more than $60 million. Earlier in her career, she held advancement roles in higher education and the social services sector, bringing a broad perspective to the diverse needs of nonprofit organizations.
